However, that’s exactly how this Sierra 1500 6-Inch Drop Rear Axle Flip Kit with Shocks works. The kit creates a 6-Inch drop by raising your rear axle so it’s closer to your vehicle’s frame. The result is a truck that offers improved steering and handling, allowing you to take corners easily. Better yet, the drop creates a more aerodynamic look that reduces drag, allowing you to save money on fuel.
Comes with Shocks. MaxTrac provides 2 sets of shocks with the kit for both the front and rear. They’re all gas-charged and feature the ever-reliable twin-tube design.
Built to Last. All components are made using tough materials that are more than capable of supporting your raised axle.
Direct Installation. The kit comes with everything you need to install directly to your Sierra, including a rear flip kit, shock angle correctors, and C-Notch support. However, professional help is recommended due to the complexity of the installation.
Protection for Life. Thanks to the manufacturer’s limited lifetime guarantee, you can return any part of this kit that displays defects in craftsmanship or materials. Some exclusions apply, and this warranty cannot be transferred to any new owners.
Application. The Sierra 1500 6-Inch Drop Rear Axle Flip Kit with Shocks is designed for installation into GMC’s 1999-2006 models of the 2WD Sierra 1500.
