This Cat-Back exhaust’s design draws on over 50 years of experience to give your Sierra a system that transforms your stock exhaust tone from mild-mannered mechanical rumble to a deep aggressive roar. Specifically, this Cat-Back combines specially designed piping with the exclusive KRT series muffler to give you a sound that will surely intimidate your fellow motorists. What’s more, this new sound is virtually drone-free from inside your cab, enabling you to enjoy your drives in relative quiet.

      Maximized Power and Torque. Besides an aggressive new sound, this Cat-Back exhaust system will also maximize power and torque. Specifically, its specially designed free-flowing plumbing and KRT series muffler work together to increase exhaust gas velocity and reduce backpressure, giving you practical gains in power and torque. Additionally, the KRT series muffler is designed to be much lighter than stock, further improving performance.

      Heavy-Duty Build Quality. This Cat-Back exhaust is manufactured from heavy-duty 304 stainless steel tubing for strength and corrosion resistance. These tubes are then mandrel-bent, eliminating turbulence-creating areas along their inner structure. Similarly, its muffler assembly is machine-formed and welded, improving rigidity. Finally, this system comes with a tip-less design to give your truck a distinctly rugged style.

      Install Procedure. This KRT dual rear exit Cat-Back exhaust mounts onto your truck using its factory exhaust location. No modifications to your vehicle are necessary, although you might have to cut out your stock system to ensure a more efficient install. Other than this step, installation is a no-nonsense procedure that’s completed using just standard hand tools.
