This retrofit kit offers a wide range of options via pre-loaded applications as well as those loaded on your smartphone. These various options enable you to get the most out of your drives, whether be music choices or navigation alternatives. Moreover, this infotainment system features an OE-grade design to match your truck’s interior design perfectly.
GPS Navigation and Smartphone Access. This infotainment system is pre-loaded with GPS navigation designed to integrate with your GPS antenna if so equipped, making your travels much more efficient. What’s more, this device’s Uconnect Bluetooth feature is programmed to pair with your smartphone so you can make and receive calls completely hands-free. Lastly, this system is engineered to work with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto letting you access any entertainment, information, or navigation applications you may have installed.
User-Friendly Controls. At the center of this device is its highly responsive, 8.40-inch, full-color touchscreen display. This touchscreen includes stock icons that are easy to understand, ensuring user-friendly navigation. What’s more, this device is compatible with your RAM’s steering wheel audio controls so you can change the volume without taking your hands off the wheel. This device is also pre-programmed to work with your backup camera which when used in conjunction with the larger display makes backing up much safer.
Heavy-Duty Construction. This infotainment system comes with a precision-crafted, high-grade alloy housing for durability and resistance to vibration. Meanwhile, this system utilizes precision-molded from automotive-grade plastic bezels and panels designed to match its stock counterpart. This provides an OE-grade fit and finish when installed.
Practical Install Procedure. This infotainment system installs into your truck’s factory radio location without the need for drilling or other modifications. Additionally, installation requires just standard hand tools to complete.

Application Notes. A subscription to SiriusXM satellite radio is needed to access this service.
Important Notes.
- Customers who are currently subscribed to the paid subscription of UConnect Access will forfeit this feature by upgrading to the new UConnect 4 system.
- Compatible with Infotainment's plug and play third brake light cargo camera.
- Pre-programmed to function with your vehicle's existing steering wheel mounted audio controls. If your vehicle doesn't have that feature, then you can use Infotainment's Steering Wheel Audio Control Kit.
- Pre-programmed to function with your vehicle's existing back-up rear view camera. If your vehicle doesn't have that feature, then you can use Infotainment's TailGate Handle Backup Camera Kit.
- Pre-programmed to function with your vehicle's existing roof-mounted Sirius satellite radio antenna. If your vehicle doesn't have that feature, then you can use Infotainment's Custom SiriusXM GPS Antenna Kit. If your current radio features Sirius Travel Link and Sirius Traffic it will be retained with the UAQ upgrade. If your vehicle doesn't have that feature, then you can use Infotainment's OBD Genie C-STL Programmer.
- Pre-programmed to function with your vehicle's existing UConnect® bluetooth hands-free calling feature. If your vehicle doesn't have that feature, then you can use Infotainment's UConnect Microphone Kit.
