Much improved from factory brakes
I can not begin to tell you the night and day difference these brakes have made on my 2016 F-150. My factory pads were glazed over after i hit the brakes at highway speed one time. These pads have a minor squeak in bumper to bumper traffic but my truck stops on a dime now! I recommend these pads to every truck owner out there. I replace my pads all the way around and will purchase these again down the road as needed.

Hawk LTS Front Brake pads on 2010 F150
I recently installed the Hawk LTS Front brake pads on my 201F150 Crew Cab. 15k miles ago I had installed EBC Green stuff pads and they were already at their wear limits with only 2 short tows and mostly daily driver use in 2 years. Also the brake dust from them was incredible and required harsher chemicals to get them fully clean. I changed them out for the Hawk pads and I have been seen similar braking performance, far less brake dust and no noise. The EBCs have slightly better bite during initial braking but I believe they are a softer compound like the Hawk HPS pads and I wanted something that was going to last me longer this go around. When the time comes to replace the rear pads, I will also use the Hawk LTS pads.
