AmericanTrucks Gives Back

At AmericanTrucks we see a large group of our customer base using trucks to give back to their communities every day, including charities and non-profit organizations. These institutions are the heart of the American workforce so, naturally, we want to do everything we can to get involved and support. AmericanTrucks is dedicated to backing these organizations by creating and maintaining programs specifically to give back and make a difference.

AmericanTrucks PositivePayload

AmericanTrucks.com established the Positive Payload program in April of 2017 to assist non-profit organizations who use pickup trucks to improve their local communities. Volunteers and affiliates from these outfits participate in the program by applying for an initial $200 donation and, once approved, are entered into an annual drawing for a $2000 award. To date, AmericanTrucks has awarded donations to over 40 non-profits and charities totaling upwards of $30,000.

Make-a-Wish Build

AmericanTrucks is an avid supporter of Make-A-Wish®, the nonprofit organization that helps create ‘wishes’ for children suffering from critical illness. In late 2017, we teamed up with the non-profit organization to fully rebuild and outfit MAW recipient Levi’s 1996 Ford F-150. The truck came in worn down from years of use and went through an extensive motor out rebuild process. The pickup was revealed to Levi at Turn5’s company picnic to the delight and amazement of onlookers. The final result was a fully outfitted, reliable, and tough Ford truck ready for many more years of on and off-road use.

AmericanTrucks Scholarship

AmericanTrucks.com is proud to offer two (2) scholarships at $2,500 each to students pursuing an technical vocational or building trade related field of study. This is our way of giving back to the very people who have helped build the aftermarket pickup truck industry into the great medium for creative expression it is today.
