Replace Your Super Duty’s Worn Steering Stabilizer. Steering stabilizers are an integral component of solid-axle front suspension systems, like the front-end of your Super Duty. These specially valved shocks dampen the movement between the tires and steering linkage, reducing bump steer, death wobble, and improving drivability. However, a worn stabilizer can be attributed to several adverse handling characteristics. If your Super Duty’s suffering from excessive bump steer or poor handling, consider replacing the steering stabilizer with this FOX Performance Series 2.0 IFP Steering Stabilizer.
Premium Construction. This FOX steering stabilizer is engineered to perform, featuring several benefits over the factor stabilizer to significantly improve the steering feel. This product is manufactured from heavy-duty, impact-extruded 6061 T-6 aluminum for exceptional strength, corrosion resistance, and low overall weight. Aluminum also dissipates heat far better than steel, ensuring excellent performance without overheating and fading. This stabilizer also features billet aluminum rod ends and hardened/chromed steel shock shafts for exceptional durability.
Engineered to Outperform. This stabilizer is embedded with the same premium shock technology as FOX’s 2.0 IFP shocks, including an internal floating piston, nitrogen charging, and application-specific valving for top-tier performance.
Corrosion-Resistance. This product features excellent corrosion resistance due to the high-performance coatings across the stabilizer. In addition, the body and rod end are hard anodized, protecting the underlying aluminum from discoloration and oxidation. The steel shock shaft is also chrome plated, providing a hyper-smooth sealing surface and reducing pitting that could gouge and tear the shaft seals.
Warranty. A limited 1-year warranty covers this product against manufacturing defects.
Application. This FOX Performance Series 2.0 IFP Steering Stabilizer fits all 2011-2016 Ford F-250 Super Duty models.
