The New Shackle. Your synthetic winch rope deserves a shackle-mount solution specific to the needs of synthetic rope. Factor55 delivers with the Splicer. The Factor 55 Splicer Shackle Mount is designed specifically to work with a synthetic rope, taking advantage of everything a synthetic rope does better than that old steel cable.
Military Materials. The Splicer Shackle Mount is CNC-milled from T6000-series aluminum billet. It's strong enough for almost any recovery operation, and won't kink or chafe cable like a hook or D-ring. It features a built-in EDPM rubber pad that protects your fairlead and keeps it from rattling when not in use. It's the ideal connection solution for your synthetic-rope equipped winch, and you'll be in style with the black anodized finish. This product is made in the USA.
Splice Install. Splicing skills are required to install the Splicer. It's a good idea to learn how to splice rope before venturing far into the outback, anyway. Factor55 will direct you to YouTube videos explaining the splicing process.
