      Description

These short tube headers are designed to replace your restrictive factory exhaust manifolds with less restrictive 1.625-inch wide steel tubes and proprietary Firecone collector design. This setup produces faster exhaust gas velocity resulting in palpable boosts in power and torque. These factors make these components the ideal choice for truck owners who want improved performance without the installation hassles involved with long tube headers.

      Brash Exhaust Note. Besides improving performance, these shorty headers also enhance your truck’s exhaust note. These headers turn your stock sound into a brash, exhaust growl. This new exhaust sound is sure to get your truck noticed wherever you may drive.

      Retains Factory Catalytic Converters. These headers are engineered to make use of your truck’s factory exhaust system, including the catalytic converters. This way, you get to maintain your emissions at factory levels.

      Brawny Stainless Steel Construction. Providing these short tube headers with their characteristic durability are 1.625-inch wide stainless steel tubes. Furthermore, each of these brawny tubes is mandrel-bent to eliminate performance-robbing turbulence along its inner structure. Meanwhile, the included 0.375-inch thick machined stainless steel flanges are extremely resistant to warping and leaks. Lastly, these headers feature a tough titanium ceramic coating that provides some thermal insulation, keeping engine bay temperatures relatively low.

      ECU Re-Tune Not Necessary. These headers’ free-flowing design and proprietary Firecone collectors are responsible for delivering boosts in performance. No ECU re-tuning is necessary. Having said that, an ECU a re-tune in the future will always beneficial to your truck’s performance, as this will ensure you get the full benefits of these headers.

      CARB Exempt. These shorty headers are CARB exempt under EO D-57-33. This makes them completely street legal in all 50 states.
