Weatherproof Truck Bed Protection. The Extang Solid Fold 2.0 Tonneau Cover is a great cover accessory, made to field off any unwanted residue from your truck bed. Once you affix it onto your Silverado, you’re assured of adequate protection to its structure and paint job. The 1-inch-thick panels are also simple to open and seal shut. That’ll make it easy to prevent rain puddles, melted snow, windfall, and anything else unsavory from getting into the bed.
Exclusive Design Elements Adapt to Your Truck Model. Extang’s Solid Fold 2.0 Tonneau Cover is custom-made for an excellent fit on your Silverado. Among the features that you won’t find on any other accessory are Extang’s patented Jaw Grip and EZ-Lock Clamps, snap-on perimeter seals, and fully integrated corner and hinge seals. All of these combine to fit snugly in the bed shape of the Silverado.
Made Out of Automotive-Grade Polymer Thermoplastic. The tonneau cover’s panels are crafted out of premium, automotive-grade polymer thermoplastic. It comes with an aluminum frame finished in a protective matte black powder coat. The Solid Fold 2.0 Tonneau Cover also sports Extang’s patented “EnduraShield” panel design. Like the name implies, these panels do a better job than aluminum or fiberglass panels in enduring bumps, scratches, and UV-induced fading.
Stress-Free Installation. To make things even more convenient, this cover requires minimal effort to install on your truck bed. Take the Solid Fold 2.0 Tonneau Cover, fully assembled straight out of the box, and follow the manufacturer’s instructions for positioning and locking into place with the safety clamps. With that done, you’ll have mounted a quality cover that won’t move out of place, and won’t fail to keep your goods safe.

Good cover…easy to install.
This is my second Tonneau cover from American Trucking. I loved the first so much that I immediately ordered the same cover when I purchased my Ram 2500 (had a Ram 1500). All was good except I noticed some slight, but important, variations between the models. (1) The newer model does not have the support straps that attach to the bed hooks close to the cab. Not sure if this will impact the security of the cover. (2) The bed lights that came on Model #1 are gone. This is a HUGE disappointment since my new truck does not have OEM bed lights installed. I’ll deal with it, but that was a definite nice-to-have. (3) The latches to clamp the last panel down (closest to the tailgate) are quicker to install, but are made of plastic so I’m not sure how they will hold up. Also, they seemingly may be in the way of cargo depending on how much I need to pack into the truck bed. Overall, it’s a nice cover. We’ll see if it stands up to the quality of it’s “older brother” that I loved so much.

Almost perfect
I just installed it on my truck and its almost perfect but there is a couple of things i want to point out. 1, they should made it an inch longer & wider just so it would look flush 2, the clamps are made out off hard polymer and there's nothing wrong with that but for the price of it is should've been metal or something better.
