These struts combine an internal monotube design and specially tuned pistons to deliver a near-instantaneous damping response. This translates to a more accurate handling feel on the trails and a firm but smooth ride quality with the same level of handling accuracy on the highway. What's more, these struts feature a 3-stage race-style seal for near frictionless performance.
Beefy Build Quality. These Dobinsons 2.60-Inch IMS Front Struts feature a 2.60-inch drawn-over mandrel alloy shock body for maximum strength and outstanding heat dissipation. Likewise, its piston rod is precision-crafted from chrome-hardened alloy, making it more than capable of handling tough off-road conditions. Finally, these strut assemblies are finished in a durable black powder coating for maximum protection against rust and corrosion.
Professional Installation Recommended. These Dobinsons 2.60-Inch IMS Front Struts do not include springs and top mounts, leaving you with the option of reusing your factory springs or upgrading to a more high-performance set. More significantly, installation may require the use of a heavy-duty strut compressor. Considering this tool is not available in most home garages, and misuse can result in grave physical injury, professional installation is recommended.

Replacement for OEM rear springs
I ordered a Rough Country 3.5" lift and the supplied rear coil springs spacer didn't level the rear to what I was wanting. After replacing the OEM spring with this one, I am more than happy with the look of the truck and overall stance.

Fix that saggy a$$
When you toss a topper on a rebel with a leveling kit you're going to need these so the rear end isn't sagging. Raised the rear 2 inches and the truck look good again.

Great Coils
Needed to beef up the rear suspension to avoid too much squat from loading with a rooftop tent and other gear. Seems to have done the trick.

2021 Big Horn - 397Stroker
Springs on Bilstein 5100 struts
I did not get 2.5" on the Bilstein set at stock height. I ended up with 2.25" The springs help control larger tires better than the stock springs and ride about the same as the stock ORG springs compressed on setting 4. A little costly and the powder coating could be better. I painted mine black. Not crazy about light blue.
