    Description

    Reduces Radiant Heat. This Titanium Exhaust Wrap is great for improving the RAM’s exhaust performance. It’s designed to reduce the radiant heat from the exhaust, keeping the air cooler for the intake. Additionally, it reflects heat back into the exhaust reducing the exhaust gasses’ density for smoother exhaust flow. Moreover, by reducing the radiant heat by up to 50%, less heat is absorbed through the firewall and into the cab.

    Pulverized Lava Rock. The Titanium Exhaust Wrap utilizes a proprietary weave to incorporate pulverized lava rock into the fiber material. The lava rock gives the Exhaust Wrap its outstanding thermal properties.  The material is also quite resistant to abrasions and oil spills. Additionally, the material is quite pliable making it easy to make a tight wrap.

    Easy-to-Install. Removing the headers helps to make installation easier. Note that pre-wetting the Exhaust Wrap is not required as it’s already pliable. Furthermore, steel locking ties are required to complete the installation.

    Application. This Titanium Exhaust Wrap will fit 1994 to 2025 Dodge RAM 1500 models.
