      Description

      Keep Your Engine Cool. A hot engine experiences serious performance losses, and that's the last thing you need when using your RAM to tow or tackle a tough off-road trail. This Black Exhaust Wrap can help keep the temperature under your hood down by as much as 50 percent. At the same time, it traps heat in your exhaust system helping to thin exhaust gases for better flow.

      Heat Insulating Construction. These Exhaust Wraps use a glass and fiber composite that acts as an insulator against high heat. When installed properly, this Exhaust Wrap can withstand constant temperatures of up to 1200-degrees and intermittent heat of up to 2000-degrees, making them a workable solution for isolating the heat produced by your exhaust system. If you have a titanium exhaust system, this might not be a good option since it can cause the pipe to become brittle.

      Tight and Secure Installation. This Black Exhaust Wrap installs on your pipes by wrapping with a 1/4" overlap for best heat containment. To prevent sagging and extend the life of your Exhaust Wrap, you may want to secure the ends with locking stainless steel ties and spray the wrap with a silicone coating spray.

      Application. This Black Exhaust Wrap is designed to fit on all 1994-2025 RAM 1500 models.
