Description
Multi-Functional Front Hitch. Equip your RAM 1500 with the Front Mount Hitch. This hitch is engineered by Manufacturer to provide a convenient mounting platform for hitch accessories while enabling easy maneuvering of a trailer into a tight spot. It is also ideal for attaching a snow plow, cargo carrier or other front hitch-mounted components. Moreover, it attaches to your truck with a concealed main body for an OE look and seamless integration with the vehicle.
Reinforced Capacity. This Front-Mount Hitch can support gross trailer weights up to 5,000 pounds and is rated for a 500-pound tongue weight capacity. It accepts a tow hook for recovery towing applications, allowing for up to 9,000-pound straight-line pull capabilities on and off the road.
Premium Construction. Built to handle your RAM’s rough and dynamic lifestyle, this Front Hitch exhibits reliable off-road durability. It is made from high-strength steel with a standard 2-inch receiver tube, reinforced with a steel collar. Additionally, it is covered in a protective gloss black powder-coated finish and co-cured with a Bonderite coating to prevent rust and mill scale formation.
Installation With Trimming. Mounting to your truck’s front frame rails, this Front Mount Hitch requires minor trimming of the bumper fascia for a precise fit. It bolts to the factory mounting locations of your truck and installs with moderate mechanical skills required.
Limited Warranties. This Front Mount Hitch is backed by a limited lifetime warranty that covers factory defects in materials and workmanship. It also comes with a 1-year warranty on the black powder-coated finish and parts. Some exclusions apply. Please check the full warranty policy for complete details.
