Description
Performance Intake System. Maximize your engine’s performance with the Corsa PowerCore Closed Box Cold Air Intake Kit. This cold air intake system is uniquely designed to decrease air intake temperatures, and increase cold air volume that enters into your vehicle’s engine. This boosts performance gains by up to 25 pound feet of torque and 31 horsepower so you can enjoy maximum power on the street or out on the trail.
No Tune Required. Corsa engineered their Cold Air Intake to improve the performance of your vehicle without the need of reprogramming your computer. By utilizing flow dynamics, this Intake will increase power using the original factory tune. Even though a re-tune is not required for operation, AmericanTrucks recommends a custom tune to reprogram the vehicles computer (ECU) to get the best possible performance from this Cold Air Intake.
PowerCore® Air Filter. The included Donaldson air filter is engineered to enhance air flow using ultra nanoweb fiber technology that can filter up to 98% of engine-damaging dirt, dust and debris. It is made from cotton gauze material that is reusable and water-resistant, and doesn’t deteriorate easily. This air filter is maintenance-free for up to 50,000 miles on the road.
Closed Air Box Design. The Corsa filter box is engineered to reduce the volume of hot air from entering your truck’s engine and achieve horsepower gains. The polyethylene air box also protects the filter from heat, moisture, dust, and debris exposure. A neoprene-backed polished air box lid allows for better insulation.
Bolt-on Installation. Corsa designed their Cold Air Intake kit to be a direct bolt-on replacement. With no special tools or extra modifications required installation can be completed in under an hour. All parts and detailed instructions are included.
Application. This Corsa Closed Box Cold Air Intake with Donaldson PowerCore Dry Filter is designed to fit 2019-2022 RAM 1500 models equipped with the 5.7L HEMI V8 engine.
