      Description

      Cooler Air, More Power. It’s well known that cold air is denser and provide better combustion, thus making an engine more efficient, and better efficiency means more horsepower and more miles per gallon. Fortunately, the Corsa APEX MaxFlow 5 Metal Cold Air Intake gets the job done. By locating the air filter away from engine heat and using a metal heat shield to assist with drawing cooler air into the engine, this intake system has proven to provide up to an 11 horsepower and torque increase in 6.2-liter engines found in the GMC Sierra.

      MaxFlow. To obtain the bump in power, the APEX Cold Air Intake uses a MaxFlow air filter that uses five layers for maximum filtering and better airflow than other competitive air filters. The filter is matched to the black wrinkle-coated intake arm that’s smoother than the OEM counterpart, providing 26 percent more air flow overall.

      Warranty Information. The Corsa APEX Cold Air Intake comes with a limited lifetime warranty on the intake system and a one-year warranty for the MaxFlow air filter.

      Simple Installation. Almost anyone can install this cold air intake using basic hand tools in about an hour.

      Application. The Corsa APEX MaxFlow 5 Metal Cold Air Intake fits all 2014 – 2018 GMC Sierra models with the 6.2-liter engine.
