The BulletProof Hitches Heavy Duty 2.50-Inch Receiver Hitch Ball Mount; 10-Inch Drop/Rise is the hitch mount assembly you want if you’re looking to maintain your RAM 1500’s towing function. This receiver hitch ball mount assembly is engineered to drop or raise the trailer ball mount by 10 inches in six levels. What’s more, the included ball mount platform features a 2 and 2.312-inch trailer ball. These engineered elements combine to give you superior flexibility when it comes to all your towing jobs.
Sturdy Build Quality. The receiver hitch ball mount assembly starts as high-quality steel plates measuring 0.312 inches thick for maximum durability. These steel plates are then precision-cut and machine-formed to exact specifications before getting expertly welded to include a 0.5-inch thick reinforcing gusset, greatly increasing rigidity. Meanwhile, its twin trailer hitch balls are CNC machined before getting welded onto a solid steel platform, providing consistent towing performance. Finally, this assembly is finished in a tough textured black powder coating, protecting it from corrosion.
User-Friendly Install Procedure. Installing this receiver hitch ball mount assembly is quite user-friendly. Just attach the hitch ball platform onto an appropriate slot in the hitch shank assembly using the included pins. This assembled unit is then inserted into your truck’s receiver hitch and secured using a standard hitch pin. Please note that this assembly does not include a hitch pin.
