However, it’s still lightweight enough to retain good gas mileage. The running boards have a black finish and a stainless-steel trim, making them resistant to rust and corrosion.

      Easy No-Drill Installation. These running boards were designed to be mounted to your vehicle’s rocker panels. You won’t have to do any drilling for this installation. All the necessary mounting hardware comes with the running boards. For more information, make sure to go through the entire installation manual.

      Limited 3-Year Warranty. Black Horse Off Road gives the original buyer a limited 3-year warranty for the Sierra 1500 Running Boards. This warranty applies to manufacturer defects in materials, workmanship, and finish.

      Application. The Sierra 1500 Running Boards are designed for a variety of vehicles, including 2004-2018 GMC Sierra 1500 Crew Cab models. They’re also compatible with 2001-2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Crew Cab vehicles. It’s best to check with customer service to write off any possibility of exclusions.

      Installation Difficulty. To install these running boards, you will need 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on your mechanical skills. Some basic hand tools will be necessary for this installation process.
