Description. These complete systems provide a lifted and leveled stance while retaining ride quality, handling and functionality. Up front a pair of 1/4" thick laser cut steel crossmembers to improve clearance and provide a solid mounting point for the OE lower control arms. The front crossmember allows integration of the factory front skid and pair with the supplied heavy duty differential skids and sway bar relocation brackets to create a rigid subframe that adds protection for vital steering and driveline components. In place of the factory steering knuckles a pair of specially designed ductile cast iron replacement knuckles are supplied to maintain proper steering geometry for ESC system compatibility. These connect to the factory steering with a pair of heavy duty replacement tie rod ends included in the kit. The front differential is repositioned with BDS's multipoint relocation bracket system to secure the front differential and keep CV axle angles at a minimum. A billet aluminum front driveshaft spacer is also supplied along with longer hardware to allow the reinstallation of the factory front driveshaft. Additional ride height on this particular kit comes from the a top mounted strut spacer designed for easy intstallation whiel retaining ride quality (FOX coilover option also available). A pair of brake line relocation brackets are used to reposition the factory lines along with a new lower control arm cam bolts for more range of motion and easier alignment.

Moving towards the rear this 6" lift system BDS supplies a heavy duty replacement transfer case crossmember used to eliminate any driveline vibrations. This crossmember also includes a carrier bearing drop to improve rear driveline angle and allow the reinstallation of the factory driveshaft. Rear lift comes from a pair of 3-5/8" steel fabricated lift blocks designed to level the stance, secured with larger black e-coated u-bolts. Rear brake line brackets and e-brake brackets are supplied and these kits are finished off with a pair of either BDS NX2 gas or FOX 2.0 IFP performance series shocks to offer improved damper performance. All kits come finished in a durable textured black powdercoat and sent with all hardware packs to complete the install along with step-by-step installation instructions.
