      Construction and Features. This turbo features a durable raw metal finish and has undergone rigorous remanufacturing processes. Fully cleaned and inspected, it includes replaced seals, piston rings, journal bearings, and mounting hardware. The VSR high-speed balancing and pre-calibrated actuator ensure optimal performance. Every unit is tested and calibrated to meet high industry standards.

      Core Charge. The BD Power Turbo comes with a $300 core charge, which is refunded upon returning the old turbo unit. Each unit is thoroughly inspected and calibrated to provide peace of mind and long-lasting performance.

      Installation. Designed as a direct replacement, this turbo simplifies the installation process. It comes pre-calibrated and includes all necessary mounting hardware, ensuring a straightforward bolt-on installation without additional modifications.
