Furthermore, this Throttle Body has a number of upgraded features including twice-sealed bearings, o-ringed sealed throttle shaft, and factory-die stamped linkages. All these features combine to boost performance by as much as 7-12 horsepower.

      Top-Notch Manufacturing Procedures. The BBK 80mm Throttle Body is manufactured using 356-grade aluminum castings. These are finely CNC-machined to follow OEM specifications for a proper fit. In addition, this 80mm throttle body features injection-molded plastic gears for a more durable construction.

      DIY Installation. With enough mechanical expertise and tools, it's entirely possible for you to install the BBK 80mm Throttle Body. Follow the instructions included in the kit for best results.

      BBK Warranty Summary. BBK warrants the BBK 80mm Throttle Body to be free from manufacturing defects for a year. This non-transferrable warranty is valid only for the throttle bodies that are installed and used as recommended by the manufacturer.
