Cure the Headache. Trying to cart ladders and other long cargo around in your truck’s bed is a real headache. Not only do you have to deal with the constant noise caused by slipping and sliding, but you also face a real risk of the cargo damaging your bed or rear window. Solve those problems with BackRack’s RAM 1500 Headache Rack Frame. Designed for direct installation, this rack provides handy tie-down points for long cargo. It’s cleverly made so it doesn’t obstruct your view out of the rear window. Plus, it offers some protection against impacts.
Solid Steel Construction. Made using rock-solid 12-gauge steel, this rack is practically impervious to most of the minor impacts it will face during trail rides. Finished with a black powder coating, the rack frame also resists the effects of the weather and environmental toxins. The result is a rack that can take a beating for several years.
No Drilling Required. Coming with the hardware needed for direct installation, this headache rack requires no drilling or cutting to fit your vehicle.
Limited 1-Year Warranty. Covered for 1-year by a limited warranty, this rack can be returned if it has any defects in workmanship or materials. Note that this warranty cannot be transferred to other people. It also has exclusions, mostly related to damage caused by the user.
Application. The RAM 1500 Headache Rack Frame installs directly into Dodge RAM 1500 models made between 2013-2018. It’s compatible with the RAM Box.
Installation Difficulty. Fairly simple to install, this headache require requires minimal mechanical knowledge and can be fitted in 1-2 hours.
