Ideal for towing small trailers and boats, the hitch has a 2-Inch receiver for ease of use. It's capable of towing trailers up to 6,000 Pounds and has a maximum tongue weight of 600 Pounds. However, the towing capacity is limited to your vehicle's maximum weight capacity. Do not tow above the weight your vehicle is rated for.

      Sturdy Construction. The manufacturer uses the highest quality steel to create this powerful trailer hit. Solid and stable, this steel easily handles the weight of your trailer while deflecting impacts from rocks and sticks. It's covered in black powder-coating, which means you can feel safe about driving in tough conditions without rust or corrosion becoming problems.

      Bolt-On Installation. Coming with all of the hardware needed for a quick installation, this hitch bolts directly onto your vehicle's rear without any modifications. The 2-Inch hitch receiver allows you to fit a trailer easily without any complicated tools.

      Pair Of 1-Year Warranties. Armordillo furnishes this trailer hitch with a pair of 1-year warranties on the finish and structure. Both cover you in cases of factory defects. The warranties cannot be transferred to other people and they carry exclusions for user damage.

      Application. The RAM 1500 Trailer Hitch is designed to fit the 2002-2008 models of the Dodge RAM 1500. It's compatible with trailers that have 2-Inch square hitches.

      Installation Difficulty. The provided hardware allows beginners to complete the installation of this hitch in less than an hour.
