      5 inch wheel to running board

      The board look great once installed. I recommend getting the fastener nut from Ram dealer to speed up the installation. With the nuts from ram about 2 hours

      Step running boards

      I'm very impressed with these running step boards, the wideness provides a good step to get into the truck. It also helps my dog which is older get in the truck much easier. They look very sharp on my truck.

      Running boards

      The board work as intended. The fit and welds were ok. One of the arms had missing welds. The rubber on top has fade and discolored. The paint on the board and arms has also discolored and fade. Some minor rust. For the price they are good.

      Better than expected

      After opening and inspection the instructions were simple and easy to understand. Installation took about an hour without the right tools. Very happy with the look and quality of the running boards, very sturdy I weigh 220 and they barely flex. Only thing it might need is some grip tape we will see.

      Great bang for the buck

      Overall, I’m pretty happy with the boards. My only gripe was the front most mounting positions on my truck were a different thread than all the rest… so it made that part of the installation a pain! Other than that, everything went smooth, and the product is great!

      2023 F150 Reg. Cab Short Bed

      If trying to find wheel to wheel running boards, good luck, your options are very limited, especially for my truck. Luckily I found these, they are good looking, not too thick, simple. They look great paired with mud flaps, helps transition to the 6” wide foot print. I’m not sure if there was a mistake, but I received the 6”, not 5”, which is helpful when stepping up to access the bed. My truck is the FX 4, so it’s a little on the tall side. One of the running boards has an internal rattle, so at some point I’ll address that, but for now, it’s not annoying me enough to do anything. I don’t hear it while driving so that’s a relief. My wife appreciates them especially, much easier to get into truck. Additionally, if you live in a snowy mountain town like me, they can get a little slippery, as ice tends to build up on the surface. But then again, everything here is slippery almost 9 months a year. Almost forgot, the install was pretty easy, the brackets bolt right onto factory studs underneath. The first side took a little too long, but then once I had the system down, the other side took literally 10 minutes.
