      Accentuate Your Tailgate. Accentuate your tailgate with the Air Design Tailgate Applique; Satin Black. Your RAM 1500’s tailgate can be a bit unremarkable. But this tailgate applique combines an eye-catching chiseled style and a contoured design to give your truck’s rear a striking design accent. Moreover, this component’s heavy-duty ABS plastic build offers enough durability to act as a shield protecting your tailgate from minor impacts.

      Heavy-Duty Build Quality. This tailgate applique gets its superior durability from its high-grade ABS plastic construction, which also makes this component resistant to deterioration and cracking over time. The plastic material is then machine-formed to precise specifications for an exact fit and clean finish. Additionally, this component comes in a stylish satin black finish that complements any similarly colored trim pieces you have on your truck. As stylish as this finish looks though, this can be easily painted over to color-match your truck’s factory finish.

      Simple Install Procedure. This tailgate applique comes preinstalled with automotive-grade, double-sided adhesive tape making installation a simple peel-and-stick process. Before installing, it’s a good idea to thoroughly clean and dry the mounting areas before using the included adhesion promoter for total adhesion. Also, when installing this applique in cold weather, warm-up the mounting surfaces using a hairdryer or heat gun. This is because the adhesive is more effective on surfaces with a temperature of around 60 degrees Fahrenheit.

      Includes a Limited 3-Year/36,000-Mile Warranty. This Air Design tailgate applique includes a limited 3-year or 36,000-mile warranty covering factory defects. Please visit the manufacturer’s website for more details.

      Application. The Air Design Tailgate Applique; Satin Black fits all 2013-2018 RAM 1500 models.

      Application Notes. This Air Design tailgate applique will require you to relocate the main Ram's head logo onto the component. Any remaining logos will be deleted.
