This exhaust system is designed to provide improved and stable performance. In fact, it can increase performance output by +5 horsepower and +10lbs. torque. This is possible because of the 100% hand MIG-welded and mandrel-bent tubing design. The smooth transition allows low turbulence and an increase exhaust flow by up to 29% while lowering EGT (Exhaust Gas Temperature) by up to 100°.
Superior Design. With visible 5-inch polished stainless steel tips, this exhaust system is meant to turn heads. The tips combined with AFE’s laser-cut power plate complete this system’s aggressive styling. Beyond that, this exhaust system is designed to remain stable and functional even during high-heat and high-vibration situations. The system includes bayonet hangers, bayonet tips, and band clamps that all have OE-style. These are what keep the exhaust system secure and have long-lasting fit.
Durable Construction. With the nature of its job, the exhaust system needs to have heavy-duty capabilities to take on the burden of highly-demanding applications. Good thing, this AFE Dual Exhaust System has components that are all forged using high-grade materials. The 3-inch tubing is made from T409 steel while the polished tips are made from T304 steel. Both T409 and T304 stainless steel are known for better material integrity and long-lasting quality. In addition, the system offers tight and leak-free seal through its slotted and swedged exhaust ends.
Straightforward Installation. This exhaust system uses factory mounting locations in your RAM 1500 for quick and hassle-free installation. Each system comes in a kit complete with clamps, hangers and detailed instructions to guide you through the installation. This installation is a straightforward process and does not require any modifications.
2-Year Limited Warranty. This Dual Exhaust System comes with a 2-year manufacturer warranty with coverage that starts from the date of purchase.
