Designed with optimized tube lengths, these headers are guaranteed to improve exhaust flow and performance. With these on your ride, you’re sure to get an impressive 18 horsepower and 26 torque gains. These headers are also equipped with 2-to-1 mitered merge collector to prevent turbulence and increase gas flow that you won’t get from standard formed collectors.
Features High-Flow Catalytic Converters. These Twisted 304 Stainless Steel Long Tube Headers come with semi-metallic 400 CPSI catalytic converters. These dual, high-flow converters are tuned to provide better exhaust flow and deliver an optimized performance.
Solid Construction and Design. AFE’s Twisted 304 Stainless Steel Long Tube Headers are made of 16-gauge, 1-3/4-inch stainless steel. With a mandrel-bent tube design, these headers guarantee to deliver unrestricted gas flow. These headers are MIG-welded to ensure durability and optimal strength that will last for years of use. To top these off, these twisted long tube headers feature OE-style flanges to ensure a 100% leak-free design.
Not Certified by CARB. These headers do not have CARB certification and therefore not legal for use in California or on any vehicle that is listed under the California Department of Motor Vehicle. In addition, these headers are designed for racing competition use only and in no circumstance may be used for street, highway, or non-racing off-road driving.
Application. AFE’s Twisted 304 Stainless Steel Long Tube Headers are compatible for use on all GMC Sierra 5.3L 1500 models released between 2014 and 2018.
