      Solid Design. The intake tubing is made of mandrel-bent aluminum, so it's lightweight and durable. AEM makes the heat shield from steel. Both components are powder coated. The filter is made of synthetic material and will last up to 100,000 miles before it needs to be replaced.

      Long-Lasting Construction. AEM makes this Cold Air Intake to last a long time, backing it up with a limited lifetime warranty. You can clean the filter, and it requires zero oiling.

      Application. The Brute Force Cold Air Intake from AEM is made to fit all 1999-2006 Chevy Silverado 1500 Models with the 4.8-liter or 5.3-liter V-8 engine
