Besides drawing a power-building rush of cold air, it also features a sleekly gleaming gunmetal gray finish that isn’t found on many intakes. The component is made to maximize cold air inflow, which also develops +18 ft-lbs of torque at 4,500 rpm for that torque-intensive action.

No Retune Necessary. The AEM Brute Force Gunmetal Gray Cold Air Intake is made so that you don’t need to tune the ECU of your F-150’s 5.0L engine. Reusing the stock MAF, this intake works at full capacity with the factory tune, though you can of course add a performance tune for other purposes later.

Fully Cleanable and Reusable Oil-Free Filter. Able to function for 100,000 miles before it needs its first cleaning, the filter element of the AEM Brute Force Gunmetal Gray Cold Air Intake is red non-woven synthetic material. It measures 6” high, giving plenty of space for cool oxygen-rich air to pour into the engine. The filter can be cleansed and reused repeatedly. It’s also oil-free to make the job of reusing it easier and more pleasant.

Manufactured from Rugged Materials. Underneath the glossy gunmetal gray finish of the AEM Brute Force Gunmetal Gray Cold Air Intake’s intake tube is high quality aluminum piping. Certain to never rust or corrode, this metal tube also has mandrel bends to ensure a constant diameter and strong indraft along the whole length of the intake. The heat shield is steel with a powder-coated finish in basic black. Five stainless steel clamps are also included. This part is 100% designed, engineered, and manufactured in the USA.

Made with a Stock Sized MAF Housing. The AEM Brute Force Gunmetal Gray Cold Air Intake includes a standard MAF housing that accommodates the stock MAF (85mm) snugly. The intake also features attachment fixtures for the crankcase vent hose and EVAP vent hose.

Installs with Hand Tools and Supplied Hardware. You can use ordinary hand tools to attach the AEM Brute Force Gunmetal Gray Cold Air Intake in your truck’s engine, with a no-drill, no-cut fit for speed and convenience. Instructions and a full set of hardware are included. The part is a direct fit replacement for the stock equivalent.

CARB Exempt with EO Number. Carrying the CARB EO Number #D-670-23 (applies to 2015-2016 model years only), the AEM Brute Force Cold Air Intake is 50-state legal thanks to its CARB certification. When installed, care should be taken to prominently display the included CARB sticker in order to make the component able to pass inspection in CARB-regulated areas. This component can be shipped to, owned in, and used in the state of California, both on-road and for off-roading.

Application. This AEM Gunmetal Gray Brute Force Cold Air Intake System is specifically designed to fit the 2015-2020 F-150s equipped with the 4 valve 5.0L V8 Coyote engine and does not require re-tuning the vehicles computer for operation.
