How to Install T-REX Billet Series Upper Overlay Grilles - Polished (14-15 Silverado 1500) on your Chevy Silverado

Step 1 Grille Installation

Take the two billet grilles and locate the small square tab with a hole in the center that are welded to the back of the billet grilles (Fig 1). From the front of the billet grille insert the machine screws through the billet bars and the small square tab, install the toggle wings onto the screws a couple of turns (Fig 2). Take the billet grilles and insert them into the appropriate opening in the factory grill. Use a small screwdriver to reach through the billet bars and turn the toggle wings vertically while tightening them with a phillips screwdriver (Fig 3). Installation complete.
