Boasting a formed wire mesh honeycomb pattern for both aggression and high-end style, this grille even features a studded perimeter 12 gauge frame and exclusive X-metal chrome studs for a head-turning look. With a hardcore build, this grille will boost your rig's appearance while adding superior front-end protection.
Heavy-Duty Construction. American-made for over 20 years, the upper replacement grille is crafted from high-strength materials that are laser cut and TIG welded. In fact, it even boasts 3D CAD supported engineering and design and is rigorously tested to guarantee superior fit and function. Finished with a multi-stage black powder coat finish with an epoxy base coat and a cured topcoat that offers long-term protection, this grille is OEM quality.
30-Inch Light Bar. The replacement grille comes complete with a 30-inch LED curved double row light bar. Featuring high-intensity CREE LEDs, the bar is 1.3-15 amps and boasts a 6000K color temperature. Built from a die-cast aluminum housing and polycarbonate lenses, the light bar will continue to output an impressive flood/spot combo for a long time to come, ensuring you get the illumination you need when the sun goes down.
Installation. Securing this grille takes about 2 hours from start to finish. However, the wiring harness is included with the grille, so those with basic mechanical skills will be able to secure the grille and light without a problem.
Warranty. Backed by a 3-year limited finish warranty and a limited lifetime structural warranty, this grille is protected against defects. Some limitations do apply, so please refer to the full warranty for more details.
