More significantly, this lighting assembly is engineered to provide vivid lighting as well as brake, running, and turn signal light functions. These factors ensure your truck’s rear section is made more visible to other motorists, adding another level of road safety to all your trips.
Vivid LED Light Source. This mini tailgate light bar offers its vivid illumination courtesy of eleven 0.25-watt LED chips capable of producing roughly 248 raw lumens of light. This feature, when combined with the assembly’s red-colored lights, provides your tail section with both style and effective lighting.
Heavy-Duty Build Quality. This mini tailgate light bar features a red-tinted lens and a black housing injection-molded from a premium polymer material, offering optimum durability and resistance to corrosion. This assembly’s lens and housing are then completely sealed against water and dust. The result is an assembly that offers exceptional lighting performance in any weather.
Direct Install Procedure. This mini tailgate light bar comes preinstalled with automotive-grade double-sided adhesive backing and is designed to install directly on the space in between your tailgate and license plate. Before installing this assembly, it is recommended to first thoroughly clean and dry the mounting areas before wiping down with a clean rag moistened with alcohol or acetone. This is to ensure the ideal adhesion of the tape to your vehicle. What’s more, this light bar features connectors that allow for easy plugging into the trailer outlet. Alternatively, this assembly could also be hardwired into your system if you want a more permanent install.
