      Description

If you’re carrying a lot of cargo in your truck bed, there’s a chance of the cargo hitting your passengers from behind if you suddenly step on the brakes. Prevent such a disaster from happening by installing this Medium Duty Headache Rack in Black. This rack provides added protection to the people sitting in the back seat of your truck by creating a barrier between them and the cargo you’re carrying in your truck bed.

      Durable and Tough Square Steel Tubing. The material used in the construction of this headache rack is a 2-inch x 1-inch square tube made out of medium-duty steel. To protect the steel from tarnish, rust, and deterioration, this rack is e-coated and powder coated in semi-gloss black, which also gives it a rugged yet clean look. It’s designed to work effectively to protect passengers in your backseat while at the same time be easy enough to install.

      Some Drilling and Cutting Required. Depending on the make and model of your truck, you may need to drill and cut holes in the top edges of your truck bed, near the rear windshield of your cab, where this is to be mounted. Check your ride for any built-in holes that can be used for installing this headache rack before drilling and cutting anything.

      Application. This Medium Duty Headache Rack in Black is made for all 1999 to 2025 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 models.
