Heavy-Duty Build Quality. This hood protector is manufactured from Dura-Flex 200 material with is a specialized form of thermoplastic olefin that offers exceptional durability and resistance to deterioration. This material is then injection-molded to precise specifications for an OE fit and style. Rounding out its construction is a Silver Metallic colorway that’s nearly identical to the factory paint code.
User-Friendly Install Procedure. Installing this hood protector and included LED light strip is a hassle-free peel-and-stick process thanks to their 3M automotive-grade double-sided adhesive tape backing. Before installation, you will need to attach the light strip to the hood protector’s dedicated recessed section. Minor wiring work is also needed to properly connect the light strip with your truck’s electrical system. It is also recommended that you thoroughly clean and dry your hood before wiping it down with a clean rag moistened with alcohol or acetone. This is to encourage total adhesion of the tape to your truck.

Application Notes. Please do not drive your vehicle for 24 hours, and do not wash for 72 hours after the installation of this hood protector. This is to allow the adhesive to completely set.
