This antenna adapter works with aftermarket stereo head units that utilize a proprietary female connector. Specifically, this adapter features the proprietary female connector and a Motorola-style plug to eliminate the need for complicated splicing and cutting. What’s more, this adaptor uses high-quality shielded wiring, ensuring ideal radio reception.

      Rugged Build. This reverse antenna adapter utilizes an antenna male plug with a Motorola-style plug and a proprietary female connector. The male plug utilizes a highly conductive alloy tip for lossless signal transfer. The female/aftermarket connector on the other hand uses an automotive-grade plastic sheath, offering exceptional resistance to deterioration and cracking. Rounding out its construction is rugged wiring with spiral shielded copper wiring, providing lossless signal transmission for exceptional reception.

      No Nonsense Install Procedure. Installing this reverse antenna adapter is a fairly no-nonsense process as the adapter’s ends simply connect into their corresponding terminals. No splicing or soldering is necessary although you will need to dismantle your stereo trim panels to access the antenna lead. Moreover, installation is completed using just standard hand tools.
