Rugged Liner
Very upset with americantrucks.com… I ordered these wheel wells and they sent me the cheapest ones they had. I wasn’t getting what I was paying for so I returned them and used my store credit to order the item again. Item got here, same packaging, SAME cheap wheel wells. They sent me the wrong item AGAIN… but this time with a different label claiming it was the correct item. I compared pictures of both the cheap and the more expensive item and they definitely sent me the wrong thing again. Very annoyed and honestly disappointed. I thought this was a good site. Last time I purchase anything here!

2023 Rear Wheel Well Liners
The liners arrived quickly. They use existing support points in the Sierra wheel well. They are held in place by "christmas tree" plastic fasteners with foam washers between the liner and the truck. You want to glue those washers to the liner before you install it. I installed both liners myself. It probably would have gone better if I had help. You are going to have to take the wheels off to get them to go in correctly. The installation isn't hard. It was just tough to get the fasteners through the washers and then through the holes in the truck. It helped to shave down the ends of the fasteners so they can make it into the holes in the frame.

The liner fit tightly into place The screw holes lined up just right. Took less than an hour. They look great. Really improved the look of the truck.

Wheel Well Liners
I was a little disappointed in the quality of the liners. They weren’t as thick as I thought they were. I pre fit both sides and had to trim off quite a bit of the edges to make it fit. All of the holes lined up perfectly. I used different retainer clips that I had to secure the front and back of the liners. Overall they should work well.

Looks great but had to wrestle it in!
The order from American Trucks came quickly and the package included all parts necessary for the install. Instructions were also included and were very clear and easy to follow. The difficulty was in getting these up into the wheel wells. Each side was quite a struggle because the liners are so thick and were therefore not easy to "bend" into the wheel wells. That being said, once I won the wrestling match, the holes lined up perfectly and the remainder of the install was quick. The final result looks so much better!

They just work….
This wheel well liners shouldn’t need to be bought aftermarket. Ford should simply include them, but, here we are. Simple install, anyone can do it. Takes about 20 minutes total and finishes the naked wheelwell’s perfectly. A vastly cleaner, more finished look.

Another Must For My Work Truck
Mud on metal doesn’t rinse off as easy. I have had some form of these in my last 5 trucks. Fitment was great, install was breeze with an extra set of hands. Looks good too.
