      Versatile Lowering Kit. If you’re thinking of lowering your 2WD Silverado, but are worried about changing your truck’s ride quality then the Rough Country 2 inch Front, 4 inch Rear Spindle Lowering Kit is what you need. The Rough Country lowering kit gives your truck a 2-inch drop up front and 4 inches at the rear without altering its ride quality, since the factory’s general suspension geometry is maintained. What’s more, the rear drop is adjustable between 4 and 4.5 inches; and if you need to, you can return your truck to stock height without any issue.

      Rugged-Built Drop Spindles. The Rough Country Lowering Kit gets its 2 inches of front lowering via drop spindles manufactured from heavy-duty alloy. Unlike other methods of lowering your truck, drop spindles do not interfere with your truck’s suspension geometry and factory ride quality. The spindles’ rugged construction also ensures you get a comfortable ride for many years to come.

      N2.0 Series Rear Shocks. The Rough Country Spindle Lowering Kit comes with Rough Country’s Premium N2.0 Shocks for the rear. These nitrogen shocks provide a great balance of on-road comfort and off-road performance via its 10-stage variable valving technology, providing your truck with just the right amount of dampening depending on where you drive.

      Minor Cutting and Drilling Required. Installing the Rough Country Spindle Lowering Kit is designed as a bolt-on unit. Minor cutting and drilling is required to properly fit this lowering kit. Additionally, your rear axle needs to be flipped, and 17 inch or larger wheels should be used to ensure a proper installation and optimal drive quality.
