Not so if you install the Rough Country 4.50-Inch Suspension Lift Kit with V2 Monotube Shocks. This suspension lift kit is designed to give you 4.50 inches of overall lift, enabling you to negotiate more difficult off-road trails. This extra lift also allows you to run 33-inch off-road tires for extra performance. More significantly, this lift kit delivers its performance without compromising on-road comfort so you can still use your truck as a daily driver.

      High-Performance Front and Rear V2 Monotube Shock Absorbers. This suspension lift kit includes a set of front and rear shocks V2 monotube shock absorbers. These shocks utilize a monotube design with an internal floating piston to give you a faster damping response and precise handling when out on the trails. On the highway, these shocks provide a firm but smooth ride quality with the same accurate handling characteristics for a more intuitive and safe driving experience.

      Heavy-Grade Lifted Coil Springs. This lift kit provides its front lift courtesy of a pair of premium lifted coil springs. These coil springs are made and tuned to precise specifications to give you superior handling. Additionally, these springs are machined from heavy-grade spring steel before getting finished in a protective silver powder coating for exceptional corrosion protection.

      Robust Front Steering Knuckles. To maintain your truck’s steering at ideal levels, this suspension lift kit also includes a pair of lifted front steering knuckles. These knuckles are designed to maintain proper steering geometry by relocating their pivot points to proper locations. Moreover, these knuckles are precision-cast and finished from high-quality steel for maximum strength.

      Wear-Resistant Fabricated Rear Lift Blocks. This kit provides its rear lift via a pair of steel lift blocks. These lift blocks are fabricated rather than cast, making them more resistant to compression forces. These lift blocks are then treated with the same protective black powder coating as the other components of this kit for maximum corrosion protection.

      Direct Install Procedure. This suspension lift kit utilizes preexisting locations as its mounting points. No additional drilling or welding is necessary for most applications. That said, it is ideal to have a complete set of mechanics tools as well as advanced mechanical skills. This is to keep the install procedure moving along as efficiently as possible.
