In this video we're going over the Rough Country Heavy Duty Front and Rear Floor Mats in black fitting all '09 to '14 F-150 Super Crews.Now this is gonna be a great option simply put for any F-150 owner out there that's looking for a budget friendly front and rear all-weather floor mat set to help protect their interior.Now on this channel we've done a lot of videos about how to modify your trucks. Basically, what first five mods you want, first five mods under 500 bucks, stuff like that. And it is rare to truly get a modification that I could personally call one of the first things that I've done on any of my personal vehicles and that is a set of all-weather floor mats like these.So what do we have going on here with these floor mats? First thing's first, let's talk a little bit about materials used and then we'll talk about some of the features. These are gonna be made out of a low density polyethylene which is sort of like a harder plastic. Definitely not a flexible rubber like the factory stuff and we'll get the side by side with the factory rubber mats in just a second here and really point out the differences. But this is gonna be a little bit stiffer. It does have the same textured black finish which is gonna match perfectly with any black interior truck. Now as far as features go, these do have a little bit more to them than the standard factory mats. You could see we've got some coverage up the side here. Exactly what you'd expect. We have the channels in the middle to help trap any liquids, mud from shoes, snow, dirt. Anything like that is gonna get trapped in these ridges.One thing I really like about these. You could see this portion on the side. This is to protect your door sill. I think that's a really nice touch. And of course, you've got the Rough Country logo front and center.Now a couple of other features here. The driver side mat does have that factory retention hook. So this isn't gonna slide around on you. Of course, that's not gonna be there on the passenger side but there's really no need for it over there.The back mat. Now this is a huge plus in my opinion. Not only does it go forward really far but it goes backward really far as well. In fact, all the way underneath of the rear seats which is a huge plus. And of course you get the door sill guards back there and the weather channels as well which makes for a really, just a ton of coverage back there. A lot of real-estate on the rear mat which again, another huge plus. And of course, just like the bigger names, all this stuff is laser scanned for a perfect fit.So next step. Let's talk about price. Only cost you about a 150 bucks for the set. WeatherTechs, Huskies, you're gonna be looking at around the $250 range, $225 range for something similar to this. So if you were looking to save a 100 bucks, I think this does a great job. It covers the entire truck basically and you really can't go wrong with a floor mat set like this one. Also included in that price is going to be a limited lifetime warranty from Rough Country.Let's get to the exciting part. What you've all been waiting for. Let me show you how to get these installed in your F-150. This is gonna be really, really simple, guys. There are no tools required. One out of three wrenches on the difficulty meter. Should take you at most a few minutes. These are gonna drop right in. one thing I do wanna mention on the rear mat. If your truck is optioned with a subwoofer under the passenger rear seat, you could see this guideline here. That is gonna be the cutout for that. Our truck doesn't have it but if your truck does, bring along a pair of scissors. You'll be just fine. So without any further ado, let me show you what the install will look like.Now like I said, guys, this is gonna be as easy as it gets to get that factory rubber floor mat out. All you've gotta do really is pull on it. You've got that little hook there. Once you get it removed, the factory floor mats are gonna pop right out. Now you could see that these are a little bit more flexible and if I pull in the other Rough Country, you could see this is a little bit more of a hard plastic and you get a little bit more coverage overall. You even get this little door sill guard here. That's not existent on the factory stuff. Instead of an F-150 logo, you get that Rough Country logo and you have a little bit of the ridges in there just to trap any liquids, water, mud, dirt, anything like that. So this is gonna be a huge improvement overall. The install of this mat is gonna be the reverse of the uninstall of the old one.So over here on the passenger side is gonna be pretty much the same exact thing. You're not gonna have that little hook to keep the factory mat in place but all the build quality is gonna be the same. You get this sort of floppy rubber, you've got the channels in there to trap any moisture. This one, just a little bit bigger. You get a little bit more coverage, Rough Country logo instead of the F-150 logo and it's a little bit harder plastic. No retention hook on this side but no big deal. So we're gonna go ahead and throw away that old mat. And this one is gonna drop right in place.So in the rear, we don't have a mat to uninstall. I think we lost our factory mat but you guys could probably tell what they are. Usually they stop right where the seat begins. This one is gonna be a huge improvement. Not only does it go up a little bit higher around the trans tunnel, up in the front, underneath the seats, all that stuff. You get the sill guards as well. But it goes all the way back and if I fold down the seat, you can see the seat starts here and the mat is gonna go all the way back. Again, you get the weather channels here too which is a nice touch.Well, guys, that is gonna do it for my review and install of the Rough Country Heavy Duty Front and Rear Floor Mats in black fitting all '09 to '14 F-150 Super Crews. Great mats, not so great shipping!
The mats are very good quality, and seem to have a great fit to the truck. Although they folded the large rear mat in half during shipping and it caused a large bend in the middle causing the passenger side to lift up. Hopefully this fades in the hot summer months.

Thought about the famous weathertech but decided to go with rough country, so glad I did very pleased fits snug perfectly easy to clean. Highly recommend you won't regret!

Floor mats
I couldn't be more please with the fit. They look very sturdy and I live on a farm so they have to be. And I believe cleaning them will be much easier than my old floor mats. I recommend this for any and all vehicles. Rather it be a truck or a car. You just can't go wrong here.

Rough Country Rocks!
Fit like a glove. Left them out in the sun for and hour to get the bend from packing out of the rear liner. I have the factory subwoofer and I had to cut out that spot to fit. Looks good but I wish it could still connect across the back of the subwoofer. Otherwise look good and are $70 cheaper than weather tech.

Quick and simple upgrade
It fit like a glove to our 2009 Ford F150 fx4 Super crew. I was kinda worried because how stiff it was, but it fits so perfectly that it does not budge and the sides go up slightly higher from the floor that it protects the carpet better than the previous mats. It literally only took 10 minutes to install and only because we have a subwoofer under the seat and it had only kindergarten scissors to cut along the already lined cutout.
