Justin: If you're the owner of a 2015 through 2017 F-150 not equipped with blind-spot tail lights and you're looking to drastically change up the look of your rear end, well, then you might want to consider the Raxiom LED Tail Lights that we're talking about here today. The Raxioms will combine a full LED operation along with a black housing and smoked lens, all for right around that $450 price point. Install, guys, is going to be a simple plug and play job here. Shouldn't take you any more than 45 minutes or so to complete from start to finish. So, figure one out of the three wrenches on the old difficulty meter, and we'll show you how to get them in place later in the video. So, changing out the factory lighting on your rig, whether it be headlights, tail lights, or whatever, is really one of the easiest ways to change up the look of your truck, and separate it from some of the other F-150s out on the road. And that really couldn't be more appropriate when we're talking about the Raxiom tail lights that we have here today, because as you can see, these guys are a huge departure from the factory Ford tail lights. But what do say we start off with that appearance first, because on the surface, you are getting a gloss black ABS housing, which is then topped off with a very lightly smoked lens, and that combination, in my humble opinion, leads to a very sinister look, but one that has still been given both the DOT and SAE stamp of approval, which basically makes them legal for use in all 50 states. Now, that's not something you typically find, especially when you're looking at a dark smoked lens, because that can typically cut down on your total light output. But that's certainly not the case here with these Raxioms, thanks in part to those bright and modern LEDs.Speaking of those LEDs, the pattern in which everything has been laid out is probably one of the most unique features about these particular Raxioms. The running lights do feature this kind of top and middle diffused LED block, along with a little bit of detail on the side that will illuminate whenever your parking lights or those headlights have been switched on. Now, in the center of those blocks is where your brake lights, your turn signals, and all that good stuff will illuminate, thanks to the super bright red LEDs. And then last but not least, of course, we can't forget about those reverse lights that will be located in the three horizontal strips, if you will, down at the bottom. So, again, if you're looking for something pretty unique here as far as pattern goes, the Raxioms will certainly be for you.Well, we talked about that black housing, of course, the full LED operation, which, by the way, has been sealed nice and tight behind that durable polycarbonate lens, but I do also want to mention that these tail lights are a 100% plug and play swap for any non-BLIS, or Blind Spot Information System, truck. So, with that said, don't expect any crazy wiring or anything like that. This is going to be a job anybody out there can tackle, and with relative ease. But to give you a better idea of just how easy this one is, feel free to check out our detailed walkthrough and tool breakdown right now.Man: Tools used for this install are: an impact driver or ratchet, and an 8-millimeter socket. For this install, you're gonna have to pop open your tailgate to gain access to the hardware that mounts the tail lights to the back of the truck. Once you've gotten in there, you're only going to need a ratchet and one socket to get the job done, and I'm going to walk you through every step of the process. So, let's get started. With my tailgate opened, I have access to the two screws here on the inside of the truck bed that hold the tail light into place. I'm going to use an 8-millimeter socket on my impact gun, or ratchet if that's all you've got, then I can pull this out. So now, I can remove the two plugs on the back of the tail light, and remove the tail light from the vehicle. So, before I can install my new tail light into place, I have to actually plug in this adapter harness. This is for '15 to '17 model year F-150s. You'll only need this for a '15 to '17. If not, you can just plug this in if it's an '18 to '20. So now, I can just plug that in, click it into place, and install my tail light. So, I have my adapter plug plugged into the back of my tail light, and as you can see, there are two plugs on the back of the truck. One's brown, one's green, and there's also a brown and black plug on the adapter. You're actually supposed to plug the brown plug into the green plug, and the black plug into the brown plug. Once you have those connections made, you can install your tail light and put in the factory hardware. Once again, using my 8-millimeter socket, I can install the factory hardware into the back of the tail light. Once you've wrapped up on one side, you can repeat the same exact process on the other. And that's gonna wrap up this review and install of the Raxiom LED Tail Lights. Thanks for watching, and for all things F-150, keep it right here at americantrucks.com.

Raxiom LED Tail Lights
I wanted smoked led tail lights but I didn't want anything too flashy. I purchased these tail lights hoping they would grow on me but right out of the box I was blown away with how clean and factory looking they were. They look way better in person then they do in pictures. Highly recommend.

Good Fit and Finish
Got these installed with little effort. The fit and finish is very good on the set of lights I received. Packaging was done very well so no worries of broken parts. All functions of the lights seem to be working great so far.

Love these taillights
I was all over the place looking for the right solution for my truck. I had previously put in some LEDs and had nothing but problems, with the wiring and the bulbs. They had begun to fail and I was just done with them. I had looked at these taillights several times, read the reviews, looked at the install video, but they didnt come close to what they looked like installed. I am so happy I chose these, they are so different from anything else I have seen. They are perfect for my need to stand out and they look really good on the truck. They were dead easy to install. I had to completely replace the lower harness on both sides before I installed these lights, otherwise this would have been a 15 minute install. Again, so happy with these lights.
