Still Strong Over A Year Later

These lights a very pretty. They were super easy to install once I figure out how to get them out. The LEDs were easy to wire, you just have to grab the ground, and the parking light wire, and hook it up. It sucks the parking lights don’t come on at the day time for me so I have to manually flip the switch for them to turn on, but they’re pretty. The headlight is an H3 as the company ditched the shine everywhere halogens and stuck in Projector housings. The bulbs they come with I kind of dim, I swapped mine to LED Nilight bulbs. The highbeams are so hard to reach so they’re still halogens because I’m too lazy to rip off the entire front end to swap them right now in the cold.

Looks and works great, but.

These headlights are pretty cool. They have an interesting startup sequence, a nice surround accent light and fit perfectly. The only issue, very little product description (would have been VERY helpful) and no installation instructions. Yes, I am a novice installing HID projector headlights. This is no '74 Chevy light set. No bulbs were included, no ballast, no instruction. Since I work 6 days a week, trying to figure out why they didn't work (was told by MFG they were "plug and play"), multiple chat conversations, emails and 2 returns, I finally figured out I was buying a shell and had to fill it with old parts. Frustrating and pricy! They work great now.... Oh, yea... They were the only replacement parts I could find on the web...

These are AKKON headlights.

These look great and the install video is perfect minus two rivets/clips it didn’t talk about. FYI these are made by AKKON and you can get them about $200 bucks cheaper on Amazon with the ability to return. Adjustments are what take the longest and the low beam bulbs it comes with are dull compared to OEM.

I love the way they look but they suck on visibility. I honestly wish I woulda got another brand. But for the price I feel they are almost ok..

These make my truck look so much better in the front end. The black ties it all together. Love it

Led halos

Easy install and gives a nice clean look. Wiring in the LEDs was honestly the hardest part but it was still pretty simple to splice in. Overall I would definitely recommend.

2011 Dodge Ram 1500

1st I love the look of the new lights. 2nd the mechanical install is just like the video. Now to the frustration. No installation instructions at all and the video just briefly states some wiring. Well to make it simple unless you tie it in to a constant power source you dont have the halo driving lights, unless of course your vehicle has daytime running lights. If not then here is the wiring solution. Driver side. Black to black and brown to white/green. Passenger side black to black and brown to white/green. This is on the OEM turn signal/parking light socket. Hope it helps
