      Putco “Boss” Bed Rails (in Black)

      For any full-sized truck like the F-150, these larger-sized Putco “Boss” bed rails provide the best appearance of any bed rail out there; the larger proportions simply fit the truck perfectly. In addition, like all good bed rails, they are highly functional, very solid, and extremely durable. Of all the great accessories on our truck, these have been our favorite, in both appearance and function.

      Not bolt-on

      Two of the four holes did not line up. Upper sheet metal is not hex. Had to cut the upper sheet metal, drill new holes, remove a piece of truck trim, and grind off a tab behind the item. Nice looking, but bolt-on; no way.

      Blocked my plugs

      After moving brackets for bed cover and installation I found it blacked the plugs in the bed. So after a few minutes with a grinder, file and black matte spray paint I was able to cut access and reinstall. Looks great and I’m very happy.

      They are plastic stickers not replacements

      Purchased not realizing they are big pieces of plastic that stick on top of your existing trim. Great quality product just not what I expected at all and look rather cheesy and obvious that it’s not an oem option. They stick good tho.
