Justin: The Proven Ground Molded Front and Rear Floor Liners that we have here today are gonna be a great choice for all 2019 and newer Silverado owners who might be looking for affordable all-out protection for both the front and rear carpets in your brand new truck. Now these liners will combine a very durable, rubberized polymer material, along with a modern look factory-style anchors, and killer coverage. So again, this is gonna be a great choice for those work trucks or family haulers out there who want to keep that front and rear carpet looking like new, but don't want to drop even more money on the more expensive premium mats that you might come across here on the site or maybe elsewhere. Now at the same time, you also don't want to settle for some generic part-store options. One size fits most, you gotta trim them to fit, you know the deal. Those things are a nightmare and oftentimes leave that coverage to be desired.Instead, the Proven Ground options here are gonna live somewhere in the middle between those two options. Still gonna offer killer build and fitment, but will be slightly more affordable than some of the bigger names that you guys have also seen here on the site. Now as far as your materials are concerned, well these are gonna utilize that very durable black polymer. So, basically, like a rubberized plastic. Still has a lot of flex to it, so it's gonna help them conform to the floor pan of your Silverado very well. Now the material's certainly gonna hold up to the abuses of being under your feet, along with being under your kids' feet or toolboxes or whatever, while still offering a nice kind of non-slip grippy feel to it. And that's gonna help prevent things from sliding around on you, but still be easy to clean when you yank them out, hose them off, you know the deal. Now these are still full coverage liners, meaning you're getting protection not only for the floor itself but also for the front here near the trans tunnel. The door jams are well covered, and even under the pedals a good bit as far as the driver's side is concerned. Rear is also gonna offer that same awesome coverage, you're getting up underneath the front seats for the rear liner. You're also getting those nice deep channels and grooves that's gonna hold any spills or rain, snow, whatever on the liners themselves, and keep them from dripping onto your brand new carpet. Now as you can see, all the liners both front and rear do utilize the factory-style retention hooks. I like that. It's gonna keep these things from sliding around on you and again, due to the fitment, they're also gonna stay in place a lot better than something that is not necessarily designed for the floorboards of your '19 and newer Silverado specifically. So, along with the retention hooks and the great fit, these things are not going to move while driving.Price point for the front and rear set, it's gonna live again in that low $200 range, which again makes these slightly more affordable. The quality certainly does not drop off. I would not hesitate to throw these things in my own truck because of the quality of fitment, because of that nice thick material. You're certainly not gonna see a big downgrade if you're choosing to go with something like this as opposed to a weather tech or a husky.Switching gears, let's get into the install and yes, floor mats might just be the easiest modification you ever tackle with your Silverado. Therefore, expect the softest one out of three wrenches imaginable, and about five minutes to complete from start to finish according to the site. Four of those are probably gonna be spent unboxing the liners themselves. But anyway, I digress. Let's head out to the shop and check out how these things are installed.Male Speaker: What's up, guys? Today we're gonna be installing some new floor liners in our Silverado. There are no tools required for this job, so let's get started. So, we'll start up front here, and we'll go ahead and remove our current floor liners, and they just pop out of place. And we'll go ahead and set that aside. Now's a good time to vacuum your carpet if you wish, and then you can go ahead and do the same thing for your other side. So, we'll go ahead and begin with our front liner, and we'll go ahead and slide that in place. Make sure you get it underneath your pedals. You don't want anything to jam up and block you from using your brake or gas pedal. And line up your tabs here, and go ahead and pop those into place.Make sure everything's secure, and make sure you have full function of your pedals. Then go ahead and do the same thing for the other side. So, now we can get ready to go ahead and throw our new liner in. Now one thing to note here is our truck actually did come with the under-seat storage. This is supposed to be a kit for without under-seat storage. For demonstration purposes, we've gone ahead and removed it, and it will fit just the same, but you will notice the studs for various toolkit mounting points that we do have doesn't affect installation or how it sits. So, we'll go ahead and throw our new liner in. All right, so we'll get this in here. It's a little bit cumbersome. The thing is it's a one piece. Go ahead and slide that in behind our passenger's seat. Sorry if it's hard to see. Get that in. We'll go around to the other side and get it situated. Great. We can pull this here, and then we can simply tuck our edges under our seat. Line this side up, and then we can go ahead and tuck this part under here. Bring our flap up.We need to work it a little bit. Make sure you get this little cutout around your seatbelt base. And you will notice the two posts here for trucks with no rear seat storage. Those do come in place, and you would just pop those in just like your prop ones. All righty guys, that about wraps up our review and install of our Proven Ground Precision Molded Front and Rear Floor Liners in black finish for your '19 to current Silverado 1500 Crew cab without rear seat storage. Thanks for watching, and as always, for everything Silverado, keep it right here at americantrucks.com.
