Ford Trucks with OEM 10.5 inch gears will use MKF10.5, MKF10.5 will not work with any aftermarket gears
Ford Trucks with OEM 10.25 inch gears will use MKF10.25
10.25 inch gears can be used in place of 10.5 inch gears if using the long pinion 10.25 inch gears
10.25 inch trucks came with both a long and a short pinion option
10.25 inch short pinion gears can only be used in 10.5 inch housings with a short yoke
