MPT Performance Custom Tunes. When you order a SCT SF4/X4 Power Flash Tuner, you aren't getting just a tuner. You'll be getting the tuner and a set of three custom tunes from MPT Performance that are written specifically for your personal F-150 and your particular modifications with your choice of octane level. MPT Performance even provides one post sale datalog review (if necessary) to assure your truck is running healthy and strong. MPT offers seven different tunes that you can choose from which includes the Performance Race Tune, Performance Street Tune, Performance Tune - Stock Trans, Performance Tow Tune, Performance Tow Tune - Stock Trans, Perf-Econ Tune, and Performance Trans Only Tune.
Performance Race Tune. This Performance Race Tune is MPT's top performance tune that provides the most gains in power and performance. Available for 87-89, 91 or 93 Octane Gas, this tune will make your F-150 feel lighter due to the increase in throttle response when you have the throttle partly open or wide open. Not only will this tune increase your throttle response, but it provides an increase in low-end torque, which translates to quicker 0-60 and 1/4 mile times. When compared to the factory tune, the Performance Race Tune makes your shift points much firmer and crisper at higher rpms.
Performance Street Tune. While you can still use the Performance Race Tune for daily driving, you may prefer this Performance Street Tune for everyday use. MPT created this Street Tune to provide the same power increases and benefits as the Race Tune, but it is tweaked to be a little bit more street mannered. The throttle response and shifts are not as aggressive and firm when compared to the Race Tune, since your shifts will happen slightly sooner at a lower throttle position.
Performance Tune - Stock Trans. If you prefer the factory shift points of your F-150, then this tune may be for you. This tune features the same benefits as the Performance Street Tune, but MPT makes sure the transmission setup is very mild for the F-150 owners that like the feeling of the stock shifts. Both normal and tow-haul mode will retain their stock like shift points.
Performance Tow Tune. Created to be a step under the Performance Street Tune, this tune is designed to be a performance tune and towing tune hybrid. It features a normal shift schedule that is a blend of the factory shifts at a lower throttle position, but it allows the gear to hold longer when you increase the throttle. The downshifts and firmness of shifts are also improved, when compared to the stock tune, but it won't be as aggressive as the Performance Race and Street Tunes. If you're planning on towing and hauling a lot of weight, it would be best to use this Performance Tow Tune since it will retain the factory rated towing capacity.
Performance Tow Tune - Stock Trans. If you prefer the factory shift points of your F-150, then this tune may be for you. This tune features the same benefits as Performance Tow Tune, but MPT makes sure the transmission setup is very mild for the F-150 owners that like the feeling of the stock shifts.
Perf-Econ Tune. Also known as the Performance Economy Hybrid Tune, MPT created this tune to provide a perfect blend between great fuel economy and top-end power. Designed for the F-150 owner that want power but don't want it constantly, this tune controls the closed pedal and very low throttle positions to ensure your fuel economy is enhanced. At a lower throttle position, the shift points will happen early so you can get into the higher gears much faster.
Performance Trans Only Tune. Designed to be used with any octane fuel, this tune gives you an improvement in shifting and performance but leaves the fuel, spark and other features at the stock settings. MPT made sure you would have a noticeable increase in throttle response and acceleration with the tune, when compared to the stock tune.
Compact Design. The SF4/X4 Power Flash Tuner measures in at 2.7” wide X 5.5” tall making it much smaller than the original SF3/X3 for easy storage in your center console or glove box. The cord is detachable and there is no battery or power supply needed. It uses the power from your vehicle's diagnostic port or computers USB connection.
Full Color Display. The SF4/X4 Power Flash Tuner features a full color 2-3/4" diagonal LCD screen with user adjustable portrait or landscape modes. The SF4/X4 also has a convenient power saving auto dim feature.
Diagnostics. The SF4/X4 Power Flash Tuner can also be used as a diagnostic code reader. Save yourself hundreds of dollars each year by reading and clearing your own trouble codes rather than paying a dealer to do the same. Its as easy as a few simple steps.
On Screen Data Logging and Monitoring. With a full color LCD display, the SCT SF4/X4 Power Flash Tuner makes it EASY to read the Built-In Data Logging or Real Time Monitored Vehicle Data, view popular sensor data such as EGT, Air/Fuel Ratio or any other 0-5 Volt source.
Easy to Load; Easy to Restore. When you load a custom tune on your F-150, the tuner automatically stores your vehicle's factory settings. To return the truck to its factory settings, just plug the tuner back in, select the option to restore the factory settings, and you're done.
Application. This SCT SF4/X4 Power Flash Tuner with a set of three MPT Performance Custom Tune Files is designed specifically for the 2011 to 2014 F-150s equipped with the coyote 5.0L 4-Valve engine. This is NOT eligible to be shipped to California.
Two Options Available. Option one is for stock F-150s with or without basic bolt-on upgrade modifications such as a Cold Air Intake, Throttle Body and/or Full Exhaust System. Option two is for F-150s that are running upgraded modifications such as aftermarket Camshafts, Injectors, MAF, an aftermarket forced induction setup or an Engine Swap. Please select your application from the options listed above.

MUST HAVE MOD!
Do yourself a favor and buy one of these bad boys if your debating it. Best bang for your buck mod I’ve done to my truck, installs quickly and easily. I debated doing a tune for a while and just wish I would have sooner. It will bring you a massive ear to ear grin. Bought this with the mpt tunes, the 93prx is an animal of a tune. Would highly recommend going prx tune with whatever octane you wish to run. Truck shifts at higher rpms, and is firmer, but isn’t wild like some claim it to be. You can also kick in the tow/haul button to make shifts smoother on the fly. Throttle response is great, and the performance is fantastic. You will feel a noticeable difference in power with this programmer/ tune combo. Gas mileage didn’t improve, nor did it decline. Only regret is waisting a tune on the eco mod option, didn’t change highway mpg, city driving I could see small improvements. I would highly recommend this product, and will be tuning all my vehicles in the future with one of these!

Over priced/Honest review
Notice a slight difference with my cat back exhaust, cold air intake and different grille for more airflow, mpt tunes with the performance tune but it’s still not worth the money. I also noticed it shifts differently and it sucks. Not happy and I tried returning right away but they wouldn’t allow it. So I’m stuck with this tuner with regrets. Sometimes it sucks to be honest

Great Buy!
Loved this tuner pack. Came with 3 custom tunes. I chose: -87 Performance Econ -91 Performance Tow -E85 Performance xtreme I keep my truck on the 87 Econ and have definitely noticed power gains, throttle response increase and about 2 MPG. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a first mod or later mod. Great buy!! E85 is fantastic to drive with! :)

Got this tuner with the customer tunes by opt and it added on the dyno from 370hp to 500hp 0-60 in about 5 sec with the 3.15 gears. Increased from 13 psi of boost to 21psi turbos rated at 23psi max. No harm on engine and is running great favorite tune is the 93 prx that tune hauls ass even with my 6 in lift, offset, and mud tires. Downside is that you can't keep your foot off the gas hearing your turbos spool and the transition of taking about 7-8 min to switch tunes. tunes I received 93 prx high end boost with longer shifts (recommend -15% on shift 1-2 to make the shift not like a bang shift) makes truck feel like bmw on straight acceleration 91 tow lower end boost at lower rpm shifts firm tows a 27ft boat no problem noticeable difference because of redirected torque band 87 performance Econ shifts are smooth and only goes fast with a lot of throttle a little faster than stock(its like adding a pedal commander for a little more enhanced throttle action)

This tuner was very easy to install and with the built in WiFi connection, very easy to update. Shows everything you need to know on the screen and navigating all the settings was a breeze. Can definitely feel the difference in power on even the lowest tune
