Great gears for running 37s

These gears are a true 4.555 with 9 pinion splines and 41 ring splines. They provide much better acceleration during my tire swap from 33s with 3.73 gears to 37s with these 4.56 gears. One thing worth mentioning is that not included in this set is a trimmed carrier pin for your differential which means the stock carrier pin will not slide in as the ring gear obstructs it. You will either need to but a trimmed pin or do what I did and grind down one side of your pin, which will ultimately allow it to fit and not change your diffs dynamics as the surface ground down is not actually contacting the ends of your axles if setup properly.

Quality kit for a full diff refurbish

These Timken bearings and other diff accessories made the hassle of finding parts nonexistent, this kit was a full, all parts included "master" kit that made my regear much easier. Overall good quality and good fitment.

Motive gear are right on

Installed these in my 06 F150 with a 6" lifts and 37" tires. This truck is fun to drive and the power now is awesome. Have a ton of torque I have over 6k on these gears and inspected with oil change and they look like OEM quality and are braking in just fine. Motive is the way to go if they have the correct ratio you need.

These gears are amazing upgrade from factory 3.73 gears! Really gets up and goes now! with lots of low end torque, great for running bigger tires and great for towing! These gears are a great alternative to Yukon Gears not only being half the price, but it has the same effect on your truck! overall I would recommend these gears for anyone looking to put a get up and go back into your truck! Lots of people say it would greatly effect gas mileage with such a high gear ratios, however in the 2-3 weeks ive had these installed ive not noticed any great reduction in fuel economy. If there is a reduction it is very minor. ( 1 mpg or so). I hope this review saved you time and wondering if cheaper gears are worth it, and im gear to say that they are!
