Mishimoto Performance's RAM Cummins Diesel Intercooler Kit offers improvements with boost temperatures, air charge temperatures, power output, and plenty more.
Unmatched Quality. Each RAM Cummins Intercooler kit is made with high-quality materials and top-of-the-line assembly methods. The intercooler is made from lightweight, yet durable cast aluminum that is precision welded for a leak-free seal. Silicone couplers are reinforced with Double-Wall technology, ensuring they can withstand the toughest conditions. Included constant-tension T-bolt clamps provide accurate and consistent holding force.
Basic Install Skills Required. Mishimoto has made the installation process as easy as possible, with detailed instructions straight from the manufacturer. It goes in place of the OEM intercooler and does not require additional modification or fabrication. The kit includes everything needed for the installation including all necessary couplings, plumbing, and high-strength clamps.
Mandrel Bent Piping. The RAM 3500 Performance Intercooler Kit also includes mandrel-bent intercooler pipes for smooth and uninterrupted airflow. The pipes are made from heavy-duty aluminum, making them resistant to damage and corrosion.
