Description
Ideal Replacement. If your radiator is clogged up or leaking and requires replacing, consider a direct OEM style replacement by Mishimoto. This radiator will maintain proper cooling levels and prevent overheating as the original stock radiator once did.
Solid Construction. Mishimoto has made their radiator from durable material for long-lasting and reliable performance. It achieves stock cooling efficiency with OEM-spec plastic end tanks affixed to an aluminum core. It is engineered specifically to fit Ford F-150s, so there's no need to modify anything for proper fitment.
Easy Installation. This radiator offers an OEM fit, so the installation process is relatively easy. It involves draining the coolant and keeping a collection bucket underneath. Then once the old radiator is unbolted and removed, the new one will slide in place and affix to mount points using the rubber bushings and brackets.
Limited Lifetime Warranty. Mishimoto has backed their radiator with a limited lifetime warranty. They are confident that it will remain free from manufacturing defects throughout its lifecycle with everyday use. Otherwise, they may replace or repair it at no extra cost. This warranty does not cover malfunctions due to abuse, neglect, improper installation, or incorrect maintenance. Radiator
Radiator came has some damage out of the box lucky it was only to some clips for the fan shroud. Did not come with any hardware or radiator cap. Nice radiator and works but make sure to keep old hardware and all the rubber from the old one.

It's way cooler
I have this in a 07 f150 fx4 and I love it it was an easy install an works great and the fan doesn't pull a lot! In traffic on a 98 degree day with 100 humidity with the a/c my trans never went above 170 degrees great product well worth the price.

The fix
These trucks get pretty hot. One of the issues I've been struggling with especially since I got the tuner was how hot the truck got. I would get a cel every other day whenever I laid on that peddle. This bad boy fixed most of it. Just make sure all your fittings work before you start removing stuff, especially with AN fittings (get the proper tools/equipment).

Took just a bit over an hour, only due to hose clamps on the hot side not being properly aligned. Spent a good 30 minutes fighting terrible angles to access those hose clamps. Do yourself a favor and align all hose clamps on every car you own, so it's conducive to easier work. And then tell all your friends and neighbors to do the same. This unit is substantially larger than the stock one, and the cooler temps absolutely reflect it. I am not tuned, and as to be expected no "noticeable" whp gains were made. However, I AM maintaining boost FAR better. Heatsoak is practically non-existent, and I am consistently making 17psi through 5+ pulls even after an hour of driving, which is certainly the major benefit! I will update after a tune if any improvements were made.
