Greatly Improves Air Flow. Are you looking to get more power out of your 2015-2016 3.5L Ford F-150 EcoBoost? If so, then it’s time for you to replace your old piping with this Wrinkle Black Mishimoto Cold-Side Intercooler Pipe Kit. This kit is designed to improve the flow of air from the intercooler to the throttle body, effectively increasing horsepower and torque. The cold-side tubes of this kit are larger in diameter and come with smoother bends compared to stock intercooler tubes. This allows more air to exit the intercooler at a greater velocity producing the horsepower you’re looking for.
High-Strength Construction. This Mishimoto Cold-Side Intercooler Pipe Kit features a solid aluminum construction for added durability and wear resistance not found in stock intercooler tubes. Adding to this are silicone boots made with Mishimoto’s unique Duracore technology making the boots resistant to oil, heat, and pressure. The wrinkle black finish adds another level of protection against rust and corrosion.
Direct-Fit Installation. This Mishimoto Cold-Side Intercooler Pipe Kit is designed as a direct-fit replacement to your stock intercoolers. No cutting, trimming, or drilling is required for installation.
Backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty. Each Mishimoto Cold-Side Intercooler Pipe Kit comes with a limited lifetime warranty on parts and workmanship. For additional details, please visit the manufacturers’ official website.

Higher quality and larger pipes
I bought the hot and cold air pipes from mishimoto as a kit but ill just mention the cold pipes here. It fit perfectly to a Mishimoto intercooler and comes with all the needed couplers and clamps. There's no need to drop the intercooler down and this exchange can happen over about an hour. Another reviewer mentioned different advice and your mileage may vary, but I recommend either putting some lubricant on the new quick connect o-ring or just swapping the aftermarket o-ring with the OEM one that's in the factory charge pipe (since it's already lubed).

Quality built
The Mishimoto cold pipe is much nicer than alternatives because the intercooler connection does not reuse any of the stock pieces. It looks great and my throttle response felt better to me. Ordering the hotside pipes now! Install took a little over an hour.

Very simple piece of equipment.
Bought this for my 2015 3.5L. I bought this because I plan on tuning my truck. If I did not plan on tuning my truck this would not be a necessary purchase. I’d say the first thing to tackle would be the intercooler over hot/cold pipes. I’ve replaced my intercooler and that unit is tiny for this truck (only if you want max performance, does not influence daily driving). I have a 6” Lift on my truck so of course everything else has to work a little bit harder from the jump. Have the 6” Lift makes this an any easy install due to the lift. There should be some videos online for install. Basic tools get it done. The couplers go right on, no lubricants needed. Mishimotos Clamps are great, love the constant tension clamps over all my OEM clamps. Did I “feel” any HP/Torque gains? No, to be expected though. This pipe is built to help the unit breathe better. Like I said this is a great piece for max performance (speed/towing).

Disaster but done
This kit will not work with the original Turbosmart blow off valve kit. So I had to reinstall the stock bypass valve system, which really stinks sonce I'm tuned and the OE setup will likely struggle. I know its difficult to test all combinations but Turbosmart was the first and best of any blow-off valve kits so it seems sort of a big question. Needless to say the piping did not stay pristine from having to be removed and reinstalled. The t-bolt clamp for the largest side of the transition hose, large to small diameter, was too small to use the spring. In fact I was barely able to squeeze the clamp enough to be able to use it and complete the install. Seems like the size etched on the clamps was wrong or the wrong size clamp was etched with the right size info. The same occured with the clamps at the throttle body couldn't use the springs. Don't get me started at the near impossibility of installing the upper section to the lower section and getting the sections to mate. There is a reason why the stock pipe is one piece. The having two pieces makes alignment and connection a very different task. There was a company many years ago called ICEMAN intakes that used to make roto molded piping. This would be a perfect solution to improving the pipe shapes and keep everything one piece not to mention less chance of scratching the outside of the pipes. The same could be said of the hot side kits. I will not be buying the a hotside kit just because of these issues.

Good Buy
Took just a bit over an hour, only due to hose clamps on the hot side not being properly aligned. Spent a good 30 minutes fighting terrible angles to access those hose clamps. Do yourself a favor and align all hose clamps on every car you own, so it's conducive to easier work. And then tell all your friends and neighbors to do the same. This unit is substantially larger than the stock one, and the cooler temps absolutely reflect it. I am not tuned, and as to be expected no "noticeable" whp gains were made. However, I AM maintaining boost FAR better. Heatsoak is practically non-existent, and I am consistently making 17psi through 5+ pulls even after an hour of driving, which is certainly the major benefit! I will update after a tune if any improvements were made.

Trans Cooler
Big improvement. Reduced transmission temperature about 15-20 degrees when towing travel trailer.

Good upgrade
This was a good upgrade. Straightforward install and the video was a good reference. High quality part and most of the factory pieces fit snug. The grommets I added a small amount of grease to keep them from falling off. Very happy with this product Took hour and a half to install the only thing I had a issue with was the plastic shroud was hard to get started but once I got a corner the rest was easy

Mitshmoto trans oil cooler, does the job.
For about a month I monitored my transmission temperature through the digital gauge on the Dashboard and it averaged anywhere between 215 to about 219 Degrees.. This is without towing and driving at around 65 miles an hour with outside temperature 65°F. As of today, Wednesday, October 2nd while driving for about a good 30 minutes, the temperature gauge on the transmission display did not go above 200 Degrees Again, with no towing, temperature outside was around 60 to 62°F. I had this upgrade done due to the fact that in a year or so I may be using the truck for some towing purposes. This is a game changer for me as my transmission now has around 77000 miles. I've already changed the fluid more than once. I want to keep this transmission alive as best as possible. Thank you, Mitshmoto and American trucks for a great product.

Excellent fit
I can honestly say that Mishimoto hit it out of the park with these hoses. Excellent fit, and finish. I’ve never had an after market hose kit fit so perfect!! Definitely worth the money if you plan to upgrade.

Huge Difference!
Super easy install probably 30mins roughly. Installed on a 2020 F150 limited. I didn’t realize my truck had no IC fan like the raptors so it made fitment even quicker. Large area for cooling excellent material, no heat soak, consistent boost. While you’re changing out the IC you might as well throw on a new BOV imo..
