Description
Rich, Mellow Exhaust Note. MBRP's Installer Series Single Exhaust System was designed and dyno tuned to maximize the exhaust flow of your 2004.5-2007 5.9L RAM 3500 for an increase in horsepower and torque. This Single Exhaust System will also add a rich, mellow exhaust note to the sound of your 3500 RAM that will put a smile on your face every time you rev the engine.
Aluminized Steel Construction. MBRP proudly manufactures their Installer Series Exhaust systems from 4-inch diameter, mandrel-bent, heavy duty, aluminized 16-gauge steel tubing for excellent exhaust flow and corrosion resistance. This system features a high flow, straight-through muffler and includes a polished, stainless steel exhaust tip with embossed MBRP logo.
Direct Bolt-On Installation. MBRP engineered their Single Exhaust System to be a direct bolt-on upgrade replacement. This Exhaust System will easily bolt straight up to the factory piping without any cutting, modifications or special tools required for an easy straight forward installation.
Application. This MBRP 4-Inch Installer Series Single Exhaust System with Polished Tip; Side Exit is designed to fit 2004.5-2007 5.9L RAM 3500 models.

Great Product
Everything was packaged very well and delivered very quickly. Installation was pretty straight forward. Sound is fantastic, great tone and perfect volume for a long distance driver. There is some drone but that comes with any v8 or larger exhaust modifications as they're just big engines. The only complaint would be, if you don't have mud flaps the chrome tip can get discolored from water and hot exhaust Temps. It is nothing that makes it look bad at all just a slight discoloration but can easily be buffed off to make like new again.

Good exhaust
This is a very nice exhaust pretty loud cold star. Nothing crazy not too loud. Nice rumble pretty easy install took me about two hours. I did it in my driveway. Anyone can do it.

Packs a Punch
Great exhaust system for the price. Put it on my ‘11 F150 5.0 SuperCrew because I wanted to have a little more beef sound when I drove out of the neighborhood. Good throaty sound at startup and loud. Idle is fairly quiet. Super easy to install, took maybe an hour start to finish, solo, no jack or lift required. It is very drone-y at 2k RPM though. That was a bit annoying on longer drives.

Perfection
I am a picky man. It is unreasonably easy to make a 3v Ford sound bad, but this isn’t such a case. As the muffler has broken in it has only gotten sweeter. Deep and boastful, but not dramatic or drone-y on the highway. I did a 6 hour road trip (one way) 2 weeks ago and never once thought “ugh I hate this.” With the windows up, you almost can’t tell. Windows down? Mmm. The ol’ gal sings! After about 6-7 months, I have been happy with this purchase every day when I start the truck up. (Shout out to that cold start growl.) Installation was super easy, just had to make 1 cut because shot box super crew, but wasn’t difficult to do. Took about an hour and a half on a 2 post lift to install. Can’t recommend this enough. Especially if you want the factory exit location.
