Superior Lowered Performance. Level-up your F-150’s street performance when you install the Max Trac MaxPro 3-Inch Front/5-Inch Rear Lowering Kit. This kit is engineered to drop your truck’s front by 3 inches and the rear by 5 inches, effectively lowering your center of gravity while leveling your stance. This improves your truck’s handling, particularly when cornering, as well as improve its aerodynamics. What’s more, this kit achieves this lowered stance without affecting your truck’s factory ride quality.
Adjustable Front Lowering Struts. One of the components responsible for the 3-inch front drop is a pair of adjustable struts. These front struts utilize variable valve, twin-tube technology to provide excellent damping performance and ride comfort. Its adjustable design, on the other hand, allows you to fine-tune your truck’s ride height to your exact specifications while ensuring you maintain optimal performance.
Performance-Oriented Rear Max Trac Shock Absorbers. This lowering kit includes a pair of performance-oriented Max Trac rear shock absorbers. These shocks’ twin-tube, large piston design, and nitrogen gas-charged technology work to deliver accurate damping performance and precise driving feel. Moreover, these rear shocks feature chrome-hardened piston rods for exceptional strength.
Sturdy Aluminum Lowering Spindles. The other set of components responsible for the 3 inches of front drop is a pair forged lowering spindles. These specially designed spindles are forged and machined from high-grade aluminum alloy, ensuring a precise fit and superior durability. Likewise, these spindles help ensure your truck’s handling remains virtually at factory levels.
Rear Flip Kit. For the rear lowered height, this kit provides a rear flip kit. This flip kit comes with all the components necessary to relocate your axle over your leaf springs, thus lowering your rear without altering your truck’s rear suspension geometry. These include axle relocators and all the necessary hardware.
Professional Installation Recommended. Installing this lowering kit will require advanced mechanical skills and knowledge to ensure the included components are mounted efficiently. Also, some cutting and drilling may be necessary to ensure a correct fit of certain components, as well as a complete set of tools. If you are not familiar with this type of install, professional installation is recommended.
